For me, I put it as no any perfect solve. We are different, when difference occur, the life more unimaginable. This is not the answer for everyone, of course. it is because I think too far, make sure you not follow me...

When a person increase in the age, experience level, wisdom, cognitive mind, critical thinking, etc, for sure when looks back to history, he/she will found the observable/qualitative analysis different on him/her, that is the pre-post test in self-development. It means that when a person always grow up in whatever except some unchanged genetic code, one will make better decision and action or totally opposite in different time interval. The opposite we just put aside 1st. In addition, that's why one will always regret to their previous decision and action, then cause them trapped into the some mental disease directly or indirectly. We should happy with it because you change to the better person already.
